i’m finding myself in this loop of “i’m hungry i should eat and don’t have anything special to cook besides noodles with butter on them so maybe i could order out but i shouldn’t order out because that food has more calories probably so in conclusion i just won’t eat” and i know it’s bad idk how to feel good about eating
also my dumbass monkey brain wants to eat ramen even though i already ate ramen earlier it’s gonna be too much if i eat too much ramen it’s not healthy
